UV-stable compounds for farm machinery and irrigation
UV-stabilised PP, glass-filled nylon, PBT and POM for tractors, sprayers and water irrigation systems that spend their working life outdoors.
Farm equipment works in sun, dust, rain and fertiliser. Parts that are fine indoors can chalk, crack or swell outdoors. We compound UV-stabilised polypropylene, glass-filled polyamide, PBT and polyacetal for parts that must keep their strength and fit in the field.
Industrial, textile and agricultural customers together account for 24% of our revenue, and water irrigation is one of the industries we serve. Grades can be supplied with UV stabilisation, glass fibre or colour to your specification, with a trial formulation in 48-72 hours.

Questions buyers ask
Can your grades be UV-stabilised?
Yes. Published UV-stabilised grades include OSALENE 20 BST, OSALENE PPTF 15 and OSATAL 4000 HI UV, and any grade can be UV-stabilised on request. Tell us the exposure and colour, and we will propose a formulation.
Can you supply production volumes?
Yes. Four twin-screw lines give a combined nameplate capacity of 1,975 kg/hr, about 9,500 tonnes a year in practice on a 16-hour pattern. Unit 2, completed in 2024, has spare capacity for new programmes.
Which countries do you export to?
We currently supply customers in Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa and Mexico. Technical data sheets and RoHS and REACH declarations are available on request for your approval file.
