A polymer engineer graduates
Onkar Rai completes polymer engineering at CIPET Lucknow.
- 2005
A partnership across borders
An Indian-Taiwanese polymer partnership begins, built on shared technology.
- 2010
Base Polymer
Resin supply to Indian manufacturers. Customers from this period are still with us.
- 2015
All Around Polymer LLP
The LLP is incorporated with a Taiwanese technical partner as equity partner.
- 2019
Unit 1 commissioned
Compounding begins in MET City, Jhajjar. OEM qualifications follow.
- 2023
Recognition & a Delhi office
India 5000 Best MSME Award. Corporate office opens in Dwarka, New Delhi.

02The founder
Onkar Rai
Founder & Managing Partner
Onkar Rai graduated in polymer engineering from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET), Lucknow, in 1992, and has worked in polymers ever since.
He began by supplying plastic and nylon resins to manufacturers across India, building relationships through Base Polymer that continue today. In 2015 he incorporated All Around Polymer LLP with a Taiwanese technical partner, and in 2019 commissioned the company's first compounding plant in Jhajjar, Haryana. A second unit followed in 2024.
Under his leadership the company has developed more than 150 grades in four years, earned ISO 9001:2015 and ZED certification, and been recognised with the India 5000 Best MSME Award (2023) and the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Inspiration Award (2024).

Sukriti Rai
Director
Sukriti leads strategic marketing and global markets. She holds a BBA from GGSIP University and an MSc in International Strategic Marketing from the University of Glasgow, and is preparing to lead the company's next chapter.

Our technology partnership with All Around Polymer Co. Ltd, Taiwan (Ardlon) began in 2005 and became an equity partnership in 2015. It brings technology transfer, skill development and a shared commitment to quality to every grade we make.
