What to bring to the meeting
Thirty minutes is enough to reach a starting grade when the facts of the part are on the table. Bring what you can. A drawing and the current material already take us most of the way.
- Part drawing, or a sample part
- Current material and grade, with the supplier's grade name

- Target properties: mechanical, thermal, flame and colour
- Compliance needs: RoHS, REACH, your material specification, recycled content

Questions about the meeting
In which language are meetings held?
Meetings are held in English. We bring support material in Japanese, so you and your colleagues can review the grades and next steps afterwards.
Do I need to book in advance?
It is not required, but a booked slot lets us prepare for your part before you arrive. Use the button on this page or write to info@aapi.co.in.
Which materials can we discuss?
All seven families: polyamide with glass or carbon fibre, POM, PP, ABS and SAN, alloys, PBT and PC, plus recycled PIR and PCR grades and flame-retardant versions.
Can we get samples?
Yes. We agree the sample plan at the meeting: grade, quantity, colour and destination. For a new target, the trial formulation takes 48-72 hours, then the samples ship from India.
What happens after the show?
The person you met follows up by email with the starting grade, the sample plan and the quote path agreed at the booth. If you want to audit the plant, we fix a date together.
Can we audit your plant before ordering?
Yes. Our two plants are in MET City, Jhajjar, about an hour from Delhi airport. We show you the lines, the laboratory, the ERP batch genealogy and the CoA records.
