All Around Polymer Unit 2, Jhajjar

Capabilities

Built to compound. Equipped to prove it.

Two plants, four twin-screw lines and a laboratory that tests every incoming resin, every prototype and every outgoing lot.

02Four lines, one process window

Two plants. Four lines. Room to grow.

All four lines run PA6, PA66, PC blends, PBT, ABS and PP with glass, mineral and flame-retardant packages, as well as coloured, conductive and recycled feedstocks.

  1. Line A1,250 kg/hr

    High-output production

  2. Line B400 kg/hr

High torque for glass-fibre and high-performance grades

  3. Line C250 kg/hr

    Glass, mineral-filled and flame-retardant grades

  4. Line D75 kg/hr

    R&D and small-batch development

03In-house laboratory

In-house laboratory

We test what comes in, what we develop and what goes out on our own equipment, so results stay comparable lot to lot.

Tensile testing on the universal testing machine

DSC

Melting and crystallisation behaviour, to confirm the polymer and its thermal history.

FT-IR

Chemical fingerprinting to verify incoming resins and identify unknowns.

MFI

Melt flow index on every lot: the fastest check on processability and consistency.

UTM

Tensile and flexural strength and modulus.

Izod impact

Notched and unnotched impact strength.

HDT / VSAT

Heat deflection and Vicat softening temperatures.

Spectrophotometer

Colour measurement and matching to your master.

Glow-wire

Glow-wire flammability testing for electrical parts.

Injection moulding

Test specimens moulded in-house for comparable results.

04Concept to creation

Eight steps from your first message to scheduled delivery.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

    We receive your requirement.

  2. 02

    Team discussion

Formulation, production and quality review the concept together.

  3. 03

    R&D

    We formulate the polymer.

  4. 04

    Sample

    A prototype batch is produced.

  5. 05

    Technical evaluation

We test the sample against your targets.

  6. 06

    Customer trial

The sample goes to you for evaluation.

  7. 07

    Approval

    You approve the grade.

  8. 08

    Delivery

We manufacture and deliver the approved product.

05Quality at three stages

1

Incoming

Every raw material is tested and reported before it is stored.

2

In-process

Regular tests during production and on every prototype keep the process consistent.

3

Outgoing

Finished product is randomly tested before storage and dispatch. External lab testing on request.

Traceable by design

Recipe versions, bill of materials, process window and batch genealogy are controlled in our ERP, from the resin lot to your shipment.
