Durable, colour-matched compounds for consumer products

PP, ABS, POM and alloy compounds for furniture, sports equipment and household products. Consumer markets account for 21% of our revenue.

Consumer products are bought on sight and kept on performance. The surface has to look right on the shelf, and the hinge, clip or castor has to keep working after years of use. We compound PP, ABS, POM and alloys with the stiffness, impact strength and colour each product needs.

Colour is matched by spectrophotometer to your master, and grades can be UV-stabilised for outdoor products. We have developed more than 150 new grades in four years, and a trial formulation follows within 48-72 hours of your request.

Questions buyers ask

Can you match a colour?

Yes. We offer custom colour matching. Send a physical master or reference and we measure it by spectrophotometer, then match it in the grade your product needs.

How quickly can you send samples?

A trial formulation follows within 48-72 hours of a complete request. We then produce a lab batch on our 75 kg/hr R&D line and test it before samples go to you for trial.

Can you work with recycled content?

Our compounding lines run recycled feedstocks alongside virgin resins. Share your target recycled content and required properties, and we will tell you what is achievable and propose a trial formulation.
